Why Vaccinate Your Employees?
1. Save on Sick Leave
Offering a flu vaccine in the workplace can save approximately 380 shekels per
employee annually. This finding is based on UK data showing an average of £174 lost per employee due to flu-related absence, with vaccination effectiveness around 50%
2. Reduce Absenteeism & Presenteeism
A CDC-supported U.S. study involving ~1,300 workers found that those with confirmed influenza lost an additional half-day of productivity over a one-week period compared to
3. Maximize Convenience and Uptake
The CDC recommends on-site flu clinics because they are associated with higher
employee participation and reduced disruption. Accessibility increases uptake, helping boost overall vaccination rates and protect workforce health

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book?
It’s best to schedule in August so you can be the first to get vaccinated.
When should we schedule our on-site flu clinic?
Israeli Ministry of Health recommends flu vaccination in September or October, before the flu season starts. We start our service just after Sukkoth, in October 15, so few slots in October are available. Although, early November is still a good time to get a jab.
How many employees do we need to qualify for an on-site clinic?
Our minimum is 15 employees at a single location. If you have less – we can try to find a solution but it could be a bit pricier.
Which vaccine brands do you use, and are they approved locally?
We use Abbott’s, Sanofi’s and GSK’s influenza vaccines: all of them are quadrivalent
(the most multi-potent) and all are inactivated (“dead”, not “alive”) – of course, all are
fully approved by the Israeli Ministry of Health and identical to the vaccines
administered at HMOs. You get the same quality as at the clinic—but with on-site
convenience.
Who administers the shots?
All vaccinations are delivered by registered nurses: the lead one has ICU and pediatric backgrounds. They use single-use syringes and follow WHO & MoH sterility protocols to eliminate any cross-contamination risk.
What infection-control measures do you take?
• PPE for staff: gloves, masks, hand sanitizer
• Disposable equipment: syringes, alcohol swabs, biohazard sharps containers
• Pre-clinic screening: Employees confirm they’re symptom-free on the day
What if an employee misses the on-site session?
We include free follow-up vaccinations at our Groisman Medicine clinic in Tel Aviv for
any no-shows – no extra cost. Employees simply book a slot via WhatsApp.
What space and setup do you need?
A 3 × 3 m room (conference or break area) with two chairs and a small table. We bring
everything else: tablecloth, sharps bin, forms, and vaccine cooler.
How long does each vaccination take?
Each employee is serving in about 4 minutes, including check-in, consent, vaccination
and a brief observation period. A half-day clinic (9 am–12 pm) comfortably covers 40+
shots. For bigger companies the second nurse is added.
Can we vaccinate employees across multiple sites?
Yes. We can coordinate multi-site clinics on the same day. We’ll optimize the route and
timing so a single nurse (or two) covers all locations efficiently.
What additional services or add-ons do you offer?
• High-dose flu shots for 65+ (23% better immunity)
• Pneumococcal vaccine
• On-site rapid blood tests: cholesterol, glucose
• Vitamin IV drips (B12, C) or hydration kits
How do you handle medical records and privacy?
• Digital reporting: We send a secure PDF roster of vaccinated employees (no
clinical details) to HR.
• Consent forms: Completed electronically or on paper, stored per MoH and GDPR
guidelines.
